Over the past twenty three years, Marianne Stolz has developed a comprehensive background in all aspects of the real estate industry. Born and raised in Edmonton, she started her career in shopping centre management and subsequently entered the commercial brokerage and property management sector.

In 1998, Marianne relocated to Vancouver Island to expand her consulting business and manage a diverse retail portfoio for a local developer. Marianne subsequently joined TimberWest Forest Corp. in 2003, and as Director of Real Estate gained a vast understanding of higher use timberland portfolios.

As a licensed real estate broker in British Columbia, Marianne has developed a specialized brand of expertise for improving real estate profitibility and identifying unique development opportunities.
